Frequently Asked Questions
Does Argo AutoLab come to my location, or do I need to bring my car to a shop?
I offer mobile auto detailing, so I come to you. You don't have to drive anywhere. I'll bring my equipment and handle your car right where it sits - at your home, office, or wherever's convenient in the Fontana area. Contact me to schedule.
Which cities and areas in San Bernardino County does Argo AutoLab service?
I service San Bernardino County, CA. That covers a wide range of communities across the region. Reach out and let me know your location - I'll confirm whether I can get to you for mobile auto detailing or shop services.
What days and times can I schedule a mobile auto detailing appointment?
I'm open Monday 7 AM - 11 PM, Tuesday 7 AM - 11 PM, Wednesday 7 AM - 3 PM, Thursday 7 AM - 11 PM, Saturday 7 AM - 11 PM, and Sunday 7 AM - 11 PM. Friday I'm closed. Get in touch to book your mobile detailing slot.
What is included in a full detail service?
My full detail service tackles both exterior and interior. It includes clay bar treatment to remove contaminants, paint decontamination to restore clarity, and thorough cleaning throughout. Exactly what's involved depends on your car's condition. Contact me for specifics.
What is a clay bar treatment and why would I need it for my car?
A clay bar treatment removes embedded contaminants - brake dust, tree sap, industrial fallout - that regular washing can't lift. Your paint feels smoother after. It's especially useful before applying protective coatings. I include it in my full detail service.
How does paint decontamination work and when should I have it done?
Paint decontamination uses chemical treatments and safe techniques to strip away oxidation, mineral deposits, and bonded contaminants. It restores clarity and gloss to dull or hazy paint. Get it done annually, or whenever your paint looks flat. I handle this at my Fontana location.
Can I get an auto detail service on Friday?
No, I'm closed Fridays. I'm available every other day - Monday through Thursday, plus weekends. Pick a different day and reach out to schedule your auto detail or mobile detailing appointment.
What is the difference between a basic car wash and a full detail service?
A basic wash removes surface dirt. My full detail service goes deeper - I use clay bar treatment, paint decontamination, and meticulous interior cleaning to restore your car's finish and interior condition. It's a comprehensive refresh, not just a rinse.
How far in advance do I need to book a mobile detailing appointment?
Booking timing varies based on my schedule. Contact me directly to check availability for your preferred date and time. I'll work with you to find a slot that fits, whether you need me in Fontana or elsewhere in San Bernardino County.
Do you offer mobile auto detailing on weekends?
Yes. I'm available Saturday 7 AM - 11 PM and Sunday 7 AM - 11 PM for mobile auto detailing. Weekends fill up, so get in touch early to secure your spot.
What areas outside my immediate neighborhood might Argo AutoLab be able to reach?
I service all of San Bernardino County, CA - well beyond just Fontana. That includes communities throughout the region. Tell me where you're located and I'll let you know if I can reach you for mobile auto detailing or shop work.
